From language stories to research questions
Through this interactive workshop, students from the ISL London Research Institute will demonstrate how personal language stories can be used as a starting point in the development of a research question. This approach was an integral part of the current project which focuses on the effect of the summer holidays on fluency in L2 English students.
Participants will have an opportunity to take part in this activity and explore ways of using it in their own classroom. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the workshop.

The session will be lead by ISL Middle School Students, who are part of the Research Institute
See here for more information about the ISL Research Institute.
